Spinach Taglitelle & Prawn Pasta


250g Spinach Tagliatelle

200g Prawns

1 Onion

3 tsp Garlic Butter

¼ tsp Saville Red Chill Paste

2 tsp Basil Pesto

¼ tsp crushed Black Pepper

1 tblsp Saville Tuscan Mediterranean Herb

Pecorino Cheese

1 tblsp Roasted Almonds

¼ Cup Fresh Cream

Fresh Basil

Salt to taste


Step 1 : Cook Tagliatelle, set aside. Coat well with olive or truffle oil and Basil Pesto.

Step 2: In a separate pot braise chopped onions in garlic butter on medium heat. Add Red Chilli Paste(optional) Prawns, flour and fresh cream, mix well. Cook on medium to high for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 3: Add Saville Tuscan Mediterranean Herb, crushed black pepper and shavings of Pecorino Cheese.

Taste for salt.

Step 4: Garnish with chopped Fresh Basil.
