4 medium potatoes.
1tblsp cooking oil
1 tblsp Tempering spice veg dishes
1 tsp North Indian Spice
½ tsp Red Chilli Paste
½ tsp Salt.
Cut Potatoes in cubes.
Heat oil in a medium size frying pan on medium heat.
Add potatoes, North Indian Spice, Red Chilli Paste and salt.
You may add extra salt and Chilli according to your own taste.
Cover pan with lid and cook until potatoes are soft.
Top with fresh Coriander.
Serve with Roti and chutney
This is also a delicious accompaniment to your non vegetarian dishes or as a side dish.
