Spicy marinade for fish


5 to 6 Pieces of Fish

2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander

3 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Traditional North Indian Spice

1 Tsp Red Chilli Paste

2 Tbsp Plain Yogurt.


Wash fish and pat dry.

Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl, marinade fish for 20mins with mixture.

Grill fish on a tinfoil base or fry in a little oil & butter.

Serve with roast vegetables and potato wedges or a green salad.
