1 cup double cream plain yogurt
1 clove crushed garlic
I tsp Saville Mystical Moroccan Spice
1 Tsp Saville Mediterranean Mix
½ tsp salt
½ tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Fresh dill, parsely or mint.
Peel and finely grate cucumber. Squeeze the water out of cucumber with a muslin cloth, make sure all the water is squeezed out completely.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and serve.
