8 to 10 pieces of chicken pieces with skin
½ cup cake flour
2 Tbsp Saville Mesopotamian Meat Rub
½ cup melted butter
1 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp Saville Desert Himalayan Herb Salt
1 Tbsp fresh Rosemary
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
½ cup fresh lemon juice
6 baby onions
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp fresh ginger garlic paste.
Clean and wash chicken pieces with skin on, leave aside.
In a separate bowl add flour, Saville Mesopotamian Meat Rub. Mix well.
Dip each piece of chicken in seasoned flour.
Arrange in a non stick oven dish.
Brush each piece of chicken with melted butter on both side.
In a separate bowl mix oil, Saville Desert Himalayan Herb Salt, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Pour mixture over chicken pieces.
Peel baby onions and marinade with honey and olive oil.
Place onions in between chicken pieces.
Sprinkle fresh Rosemary on top.
Bake at 200°C for 30 - 35 min, until chicken is golden brown.
Serve with savoury rice
and Saville Blue Cheese and Vegetable Salad.
