2 Cups Cooked Beans (preferably red or sugar)
1 Can Diced Peeled Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
3 Tsp Tribal African Spice Blend
1 Block Chicken Stock
1 cup water
1 Tsp Salt
5 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
4 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Sweetcorn
¾ Cup Macaroni
3 Cups Warm Water
1 Small Packet SpicyTortilla Chips
½ Cup Grated Cheese
Dissolve chicken stock in 3 cups of warm water, set aside.
In a medium size pot add oil, add finely chopped onion and braise on medium heat.
Add salt, Tribal African Spice. Mix well.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Add chicken stock dissolved in 1 cup water.
Add beans, sweetcorn and macaroni.
Cook on low for 12- 15 minutes.
Add finely chopped fresh Coriander.
Serve in soup bowls.
Top with tortillas, grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
