500g Self raising flour

500g Nutty Wheat flour

½ cup brown sugar

Or ¼ cup fructose powder

1 bottle Alcohol Free Beer (Yes you can use normal beer if you wish)

2 Onions thinly sliced and halved (Keep a little for the top of your bread)

2 Tbsp dried Rosemary

2Tbsp Saville Tuscan Mediterranean Herb Mix

3 Tbsp Melted Butter

1. Sift flour into a mixing bowl

2. Add nutty wheat flour

3. Add sugar and blend well with a wooden spoon

4. Now add the beer using a dough hook into your bread mixer on medium and mix until the dough pulls away from the bowl.

6. Add onions and rosemary and Tuscan Mediterranean Herb Mix to your dough

7. Spray a bread tin with spray & cook or line the tin with butter

8. Score the top of the dough with a sharp knive- not too deep

9. Add the remaining onion to the top of your dough in the tin before placing into oven

10. Bake in a 180 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes

11. Remove from oven and pour over the melted butter and place back into the oven for the final 15 minutes.

12. Test Beer bread with a wooden skewer or cake tester to make sure the centre is cooked through
