Apple, Mint and Coriander Chutney

Apple, mint and coriander chutney is a flavoursome condiment for your snacks, burgers, sandwiches, seafood, roasts and vegetables.

This chutney has no preservatives or additives.


· 1 bunch fresh coriander

· ½ fresh curry leaves

· ½ cup fresh mint leaves

· 1 green apple

· 1 tbsp of Mystical Moroccan Spice

· 1 tsp salt

· 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

· 1 tbsp olive oil

· 1 chopped green chilli (optional)

· 1 tsp sugar

· ¼ cup lemon juice


1) Rinse the coriander leaves in water and pat dry.

2) Remove stems off curry leaves and mint leaves.

3) Core and peel green apple and cut into medium size pieces.

4) Put all the ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.

5) Keep in fridge for 3 to 5 days.
