Ancient Grain Roti


1 cup Nutty Wheat Flour

½ cup Finger Millet Flour

1 tblsp Sunflower Oil or Ghee

1 tsp Himalayan Salt

½ cup Hot Water.


Mix flours and salt, add oil or ghee, mix well.

Add hot water, bind into a medium to soft dough.

Divide the dough into small portion balls

Roll outeach ball into round roti shapes.

Cook on a non stick pan (or tava).

Spread a little melted ghee on the top (optional)

Serve hot with a meal of your choice.
